2022 ACA 1095-C Tax Forms

2022 ACA 1095-C tax forms are available in Workday for all U.S. AV Employees.

What you need to do:

1. Log into Workday
2. From your Homepage, select the Benefits application icon.
3. To view or print your 1095-C, select My ACA Forms.
4. Select View/Print to download or print your form.
