P550

P550™

Modular eVTOL UAS

Rapid-Deploy Autonomous VTOL ISR & Targeting System

The P550 is an autonomous electric vertical takeoff and landing uncrewed aircraft system designed to deliver adaptive, all-environment airborne reconnaissance, targeting, and force protection capabilities for maneuver forces. It combines an all-electric propulsion system with advanced AI autonomy and a modular open systems approach that supports rapid reconfiguration of payloads and batteries without tools.

With over 5 hours of all-battery endurance, up to 15 lb of multi-sensor payload capacity, and vertical launch/landing capability, the P550 provides persistent situational awareness and targeted effects in dynamic and contested environments. It’s built for rapid setup in the field, supports hot-swappable components for quick mission turnarounds, and integrates with third-party mission planning, datalinks, and ground control systems.

Key Features

eVTOL Deployment

The P550 takes off and lands vertically under its own power, removing the need for runways, catapults, or launch gear. This allows rapid forward deployment directly from maneuver units or confined locations, reducing logistical burden and enabling flexible operations close to ground forces or in urban/complex terrain.

All-Battery Endurance

Designed for long-dwell missions, the P550 sustains flight for over five hours on all-battery power. This extended endurance supports persistent ISR operations, overwatch, and communications relay without the need for frequent landings, keeping teams informed and connected over extended mission durations.

Modular Open Systems

The aircraft uses a modular open systems architecture that supports quick integration of third-party payloads, datalinks, mission software, and ground control systems. This future-ready design lets operators adapt sensors and mission equipment without extensive redesign, enabling evolving capabilities without extensive downtime or technical risk.

Hot-Swappable Payloads & Batteries

Payloads and batteries can be changed in the field in under five minutes with no tools required. This capability dramatically reduces turnaround time between missions, increases sortie rates, and allows operators to respond rapidly to shifting tactical needs without specialized support.

AI & Autonomous Operations

Built-in autonomy and AI capabilities reduce operator workload and improve mission reliability. Advanced autonomy enables the P550 to execute complex flight profiles, transition seamlessly from hover to forward flight, and assist in object detection and classification, enhancing situational awareness in contested or GPS-challenged environments.
