The VAPOR 55 MX all-electric helicopter unmanned aircraft system (UAS) is extremely versatile and can be easily configured to support a variety of mission requirements.  Its modular design supports seamless integration with advanced payloads like Trillium’s HD55-MVS-LD, offering a comprehensive suite of capabilities that make it an essential tool for precision targeting and battlefield support, even in jamming-prone, contested environments.

Equipped with the HD55-MSV-LD, the VAPOR 55 MX provides high-definition electro-optical and infrared imagery, coupled with laser designation for precise target engagement. The VAPOR 55 MX empowers maneuver forces with the ability to direct laser-guided munitions and conduct real-time battle damage assessment (BDA), ensuring accurate and timely mission feedback.

Electric VTOL Launch & Recovery

VAPOR uses electric vertical lift to take off and land without runways or external launch gear, enabling rapid deployment by small teams in confined environments. This reduces logistical footprint and allows forces to operate closer to the point of need with minimal setup time.

Persistent Endurance

With around 90 minutes of flight time, VAPOR provides meaningful persistence for tactical ISR and overwatch tasks. This extended airtime increases time on station during reconnaissance, force protection, or communications relay missions.

Modular Payload Support

The platform supports payloads up to ~12 lb (5.4 kg), allowing operators to integrate missionspecific sensors such as EO/IR gimbals, communications relays, or other tactical equipment. This modularity expands operational versatility across multiple mission profiles.

AllElectric Propulsion

The eVTOL design delivers quieter operation and simpler logistics compared to fuelpowered systems, eliminating fuel needs and reducing thermal/acoustic signatures. Quieter flight is particularly advantageous for covert or sensitive missions.
