• Works in a team environment fabricating aircraft components using various composite materials.
• Works with hand tools in preparing, kitting, & cutting composite materials.
• Follow verbal and written process instructions in the fabrication of parts.
• Daily work assignments from Composites Fabrication Supervisor.

• High school or GED equivalent.
  
• Ability to learn through on the job training skills necessary in fabrication of composite aircraft components.
• Basic knowledge working in a developmental factory environment.
• Basic knowledge in handling and working with developmental composite materials, fiberglass, carbon fiber or Kevlar.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, innovative, and collegiate culture.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal directions for composite lay-up.
• Ability to effectively work in a team.
• Ability to work safely using manual cutting tools and equipment.
